Taiwanese Association of America-DFW Chapter (TAA-DFW) proudly presents Dr. Alice Hsu, O.D. (徐佑旼) and Dr. Daniel Liu, D.D.S. (劉昭辰) in the upcoming Health Seminar on November 27, 1:30-4:30pm, at the Christopher Parr Library in Plano (near Dallas North Tollway and Windhaven).

 

1:30pm – “Common Eye Ailments” by Dr. Alice Hsu, O.D.  The presentation will cover a broad spectrum of common eye ailments including cataract (白內障), glaucoma (青光眼), floaters, retinal detachment (視網膜分裂), diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration (視力退化), red eye problem (紅眼) and dry eye syndrome (乾眼). 

 

3:15pm – “Dental Care Must Know” by Dr. Daniel Liu, D.D.S.  The presentation will focus on periodontal diseases (牙週病) and dental implants (人工植牙).

 

Q&A will follow each presentation. 

 

Dr. Alice Hsu is a graduate of UT Austin and Illinois College of Optometry.  She holds licenses in Texas and California and has been in practice for about 3 year. 

 

Dr. Daniel Liu is a graduate of Chung Shan Medical School (中山醫學院) in Taiwan and NYU Dental School.  Dr. Liu practiced in New York for over 10 years and is also licensed in New Jersey, Maryland and Texas. 

 

Currently, both Dr. Hsu and Dr. Liu have offices in the Dallas area.  Both are fluent in Taiwanese, Mandarin and English.
