Crispy Almond Crackers

 

1/3 cup Sugar

¼ cup Flour

1 tbsp Salad Oil

2 Eggs

6 oz. (1 bag) Sliced Almond

 

1. Mix sugar, flour, salad oil and eggs.

2. Spread mixture on a non-stick baking sheet as a thin layer (< 1/8 inch).

3. Sprinkle sliced almond on top of mixture.

4. Bake at 350-degree F until golden brown.

5. Cut into squares while warm or break up into pieces when cool.
